Microsoft has announced that its next-generation Surface Pro will be available in India starting on February 21.
The new tablet will be priced at Rs 1,499 ($1,879) and it will be made by Indian firm Asus.
The Surface Pro line is powered by the same Intel Core i7 processor found in the Surface Pro 4 and Surface Pro 5.
It is also powered by a 2TB hard drive and comes with 32GB of RAM.
Microsoft says that it has also added a MicroSD slot, which can be expanded to 128GB.
The device will also come with a 13-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization and a dual-band Wi-Fi.
The company is also launching a new range of accessories and software.
Microsoft is also offering the Surface Pen to its Windows users for Rs 20.
Microsoft’s new Surface Pro is one of the best-selling tablets in India, selling for about Rs 1.3 lakh ($270).
The device is currently available only in India.
